They never include in the order email “YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CHECK THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND!” The help came within 3 weeks of the delivery and I assumed within 30 days, they would help me out. I am going through the same thing as other people! The packages were too heavy to lift to my apartment building so I had to wait on help for transporting it.
